I am putting together a roadster to run in the modified class out at the Bonneville Salt Flats. In the past I have run electric fuel pumps on gas engines and Ron's Terminator on an alky engine. I found your site while looking for the right combination for my engine. We are putting together a 486 BBC running a 1050 Dominator on gas. Roller cam, titanium valves, 14.1 compression, Jessel rocker system, ahead of a road racing Tex T101 road race four speed with long 9" Ford gears in the rear. We run flat out once up to speed over a five mile course. Your pump sure looks simple and time saving on thrashes between runs.
Thank you for any help,

Dave,

The 1600 pump and 5011 regulator is rated at 1500 horsepower for a naturally aspirated gasoline engine. This combination will work great on your application.

Thanks very much Howard. I will be ordering. The engine is making a little over 900 at the flywheel. I don't run an alternator so this system should save some battery use for other stuff.
Thanks again,
