| #1 | Hello, I'm planing to buy a race pump to my small block mopar stroker project. I would like to know if the pushrod is included with pump part #1900? How this pushrod pump work with stock style cam eccentric drive? Typically the mechanical fuel pump diaphragm lever mates the cam eccentric drive from the side by spring pressure. There is always some friction that forces the pushrod to side from it's parallel position toward camshaft rotation center. So does the pushrod stay in the position while engine is running? Or Am I missing something? Best Regards Pete Finland |

| #2 | Pete,
The pushrod is included.
The pushrod guide is built into the pump. The pushrod funtions with the eccentric like a typical flat tappet camshaft against the lifter. The side load is very minimal.
